I’m Alex Tofte, an instructional designer with a passion for innovation, efficiency, and learning that actually sticks. I bring over six years of experience designing tech-enabled learning solutions for both education and corporate environments. My specialty? Creating scenario-based, performance-driven training that’s grounded in real-world challenges.

After years of leading professional development for educators and training teams on edtech integration, I pivoted into the corporate sector—focusing on adult learning experiences that are accessible, results-oriented, and aligned with business needs. Whether I’m scripting a branching scenario in Storyline, building out a visual job aid in Illustrator, or coaching stakeholders through onboarding rollouts, I approach each project with a focus on clarity, impact, and inclusivity.

I’m currently completing my Master’s in Instructional Design at the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, where I’ve developed solutions in eLearning, accessibility, and onboarding across healthcare, customer service, nonprofit, and tech-based training contexts.
